Shipping

We send all our orders by Canada Post. You can ask for the tracking number if you want it but items come to your door very fast. You just have to go to www.canadapost.ca or call toll free 1 888 550-6333 to track your order, Monday to Friday 8h to 6h.
You will receive your order within maximum 6 business days. Our products are delivered by Canada Post generally. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be deposited at your nearest post office and a notice will be deposited in your mailbox.
We deliver everywhere in Canada , no exceptions. For international orders, we will send you an email to inform you of the actual shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days to return an item. You have to write us an email at [email protected] and explain the reason of the return. We will then tell you where to return the item. The return fees will be at your charge.
You will be reimbursed within 30 business days by the same mean of payment you used to pay your order.
All items that are refused, not reclaimed or have an mistake in the address will be reimbursed, but the shipping fees are not refundable.
